Dr. Tim Owens, a skilled and compassionate dentist, has been dedicated to providing exceptional dental care since his graduation as a Doctor of Dental Surgery from the State University of New York at Buffalo in 2004. Recognized for his excellence, he was nominated to be a member of Omicron Kappa Upsilon, the Dental Honors Society. He further honed his skills with a residency in general dentistry at the University of Utah School of Medicine.
Prior to his dental career, Dr. Owens graduated Summa Cum Laude from SUNY Syracuse in 1999 with a Master’s in Physical Therapy, which he integrates into his holistic approach to dentistry. This unique background allows him to offer comprehensive and personalized care to his patients.
In 2006, Dr. Owens and his family moved to Fort Collins, where he began practicing at Harmony Dental Care, now known as Owens Dental. Over the years, he has built lasting relationships with his patients, many of whom he has known for years. In general dentistry, he has specialized in Comprehensive, Cosmetic and Sedation Dentistry.
Dr. Owens has embraced the principles of biologic dentistry and is Ozone trained and certified. He is also working towards becoming SMART certified by the IAMOT, reflecting his commitment to the latest advancements in dental care.
Outside of his practice, Dr. Owens cherishes time with his wife, Caroline, and their six children: Lindsey, Miles, Sam, Wesley, Julia, and Calvin. He is actively involved in the LDS community, coaches his kids’ sports teams, and volunteers for local charities, demonstrating his dedication to both his family and his community.
