Begin celebrating the new season with the Scarecrow 5K at 9am (register here), or join the fun afterward with pumpkin decorating, hay rides, a petting zoo, live music, delicious food, and more. See you there!

Halloween Enchanted Garden at the Gardens on Spring Creek

10am – 2pm, October 21st

Treatsylvania and Bow Wowvania: The Farm at Lee Martinez Park

October 27th-29th and October 28th

If you’re craving a Halloween celebration that’s a bit… sweeter, come to the Farm for trick-or-treating and hayrides the weekend of October 27th-29th. Cornhole and Corgis: September in Fort Collins!

Newsletter – September 2017

Owens Dental, Fort Collins

We hope you all had a wonderful Labor Day weekend enjoying the extra day off! September has officially arrived, and it’s bringing more than pumpkin spice lattes back to the town of Fort Collins. See below for some of our favorite events to help you wrap up summer and welcome fall!

CSU Football vs. Abilene Christian: CSU Stadium

September 9, 1:30pm

Celebrate Colorado State’s second home game in their brand new stadium this upcoming Saturday! This game also marks the university’s annual Ag Day, in which the CSU players and fans honor their former Aggie mascot (prior to 1957) by donning orange uniforms and orange attire, respectively. So get in the spirit and join in the fun! For more information on how to purchase tickets, click here.

Grandparents Day: Fort Collins Senior Center

September 10, 9am – 12pm

You don’t have to be a grandparent or a grandchild to enjoy this celebration of Older Americans Month. Bring the whole family out for a petting zoo, a cereal buffet, a mini carnival, and plenty of fun and games! To purchase tickets, call (970) 221-6358, or stop by the Senior Center.

Fortoberfest: Old Town Square

Join your Fort Collins neighbors for one more outdoor festival to celebrate the last few days of summer! Fortoberfest combines delicious food and drink, and an incredible live music lineup, to deliver an event you won’t want to miss. For more information, including a list of musicians, click here.

Open Streets

September 17, 10am – 3pm

To promote physical health, Open Streets closes the area of town between Overland Park and the University Center of the Arts to vehicular traffic for a day. Instead, the streets will be open to physically powered means of transportation, and healthy living vendors will be around to answer questions and promote fun activities! Be sure to stop by for a great time!

Awesome Toss ‘Em Cornhole Festival: Civic Center Park

September 23, 11am – 6pm

What better way to ring in the official start of fall than with a cornhole festival? Grab some friends and join your Fort Collins neighbors for an unforgettable tournament filled with live music, a costume contest, and more! For registration details and ticket prices, visit the festival website.

3rd Annual Tour de Corgi: Civic Center Park

September 30, 10am

Two words: costumed corgis. What more could you possibly ask for? Register your own furry friend and purchase an event t-shirt here, or come to observe the parade and visit the vendors. Either way, it’s sure to be a paw-sitively great event!
