What Are Veneers?
Veneers, Crowns or Bonding?
Best for healthy front teeth that you want to look whiter, straighter or more even. Covers the front surface of the tooth.
Best for teeth that are cracked, badly worn, heavily filled or weak. A crown covers and protects the whole tooth.
Best for a small chip or gap. Tooth-colored resin is shaped right onto the tooth, with little or no change to the tooth itself.

Questions
With good care, porcelain veneers often last 10 to 15 years or longer. Brushing, flossing, regular cleanings and a night guard if you grind your teeth all help them last.
Most veneers need a thin layer of enamel removed so they sit naturally and don’t look bulky. We remove as little as possible and explain exactly what your plan involves before we start.
Porcelain doesn’t change color with whitening. If you’d like your natural teeth whiter too, we whiten first and then match your veneers to the new shade.
It depends on how many teeth you treat and what your smile needs. You’ll get a clear cost at your consult before any work begins, and CareCredit financing is available.
Usually not, since veneers are considered cosmetic. If a tooth also needs a crown for health reasons, your plan may help with that part. We’re happy to check your benefits for you.
